Is there a website I can go to check on the production status for a ZO6 automatic convertible I ordered and what do the codes mean?
Once it goes to production, how long before it is at the dealer?

Thanks for any help

When did you place your order and whats your order #?

Go to chevrolet.com, at the bottom right click chat. Provide them with your order # and ask for the event code. These are what the codes mean:

1000-Order on hold at dealership
1100-Order placed at dealer
2000-Order accepted by Chevrolet
2050-Order changed
2500-Order preferenced (or “picked up” or “imaged”)
3000-Order accepted by production control
3100-Order available to sequence (now the tpw becomes more stable)
3300-Order selected for production by assembly plant
3400-Order broadcasted for production (internal plant order produced)
3800-Vehicle produced
4000-Vehicle available to ship
4D00-On hold
4B00-Bayed
4150-Vehicle invoiced to dealer
4200-Vehicle shipped
5000-Vehicle delivered to dealer
6000-Vehicle delivered to customer

How soon you get it depends on how you're doing delivery. Once you're at status 3000, its about a week or two before the car is ready to ship.

I agree with randomtask, but would like to add that delivery can be further out at times. In my case, I was advised by my dealer and GM chat that my car was in code 3000 when I called on March 9, and it was to be produced the week of 5/11. I checked with chat last week and got the same feedback. So, you may have a longer wait, if you are like my situation.
