Default Remove coolant drain plug

where is the Coolant drain plug on the radiator? It was a simple hand wing nut on my c6 but I just see two holes on the car

I believe I saw it on the passengers side now. I briefly remember it surprising me.

It's on the drivers side, to the left of the side of the radiator. Look for a white plastic **** that sticks out parallel to the ground. It's a bit tucked away under a shrowd so you won't necessarily see it as soon as you look up.

I drained the radiator in my Z06 but it won't take the 2.5gl I took out.

Is here a bleeder valve in the system? I must have air in it.

Just opening up the drain plug you're only going to get about 1/2 the fluid out. You need to run water through it if you really need to flush everything. I just let it drain until stopped and then topped off with all distilled water and water wetter, that'll get you pretty close to the desired 80/20

Did you start it up and let it warm up until the thermostat opened?
