Track prep questions
Is there a 15w-50 Mobil 1 that is Dexos approved? Did the dealer have that or did you need to provide it?
Rear caster alignment
How did you measure it? Did the you or the dealer need any special tools?
Brake Fluid
If done at a dealer, did they have DOT 4 or did you need to provide it?
Why is it necessary to switch brake fluid and the oil back to stock after events. What would be the downside to leaving them at track prep spec?

Make sure your dealership has a top of the line Alignment machine and discuss the settings prior to letting them get the car up on the rack. Print out the Track settings from the manual and take them with you. If they state they "might" be able to do it; go somewhere else.
Take a top of the line brake fluid with you. Two liters of Castrol SRF is my choice.
You can leave the brake fluid in the car. There is no need to switch back to the GM DOT 3 fluid. After a track weekend it is always good form to replace the oil and filter so having the Mobil 1 5W-30 placed back in would be my recommendation
