Default Pipes

Ok--ran the car about 12 times this weekend at Aeros and Auto's. Runway at Ellington Field In Houston. All runs were between 143 and 149 miles per hour. At the end of the day the two outside pipes were black and the two inner was looked like that just been polished!! We don't think they do anything!! We were not the only Z owner with the same opinion!!

That's perfectly normal. The inside tips are for your exhaust gases after they go through the quiet chambers of the mufflers. The outside pipes vent the gases straight through and the factory tune is very rich is why they get so dirty.

Something seems amiss. Send the car to me and I'll drive it for 2-3 years to see if I can replicate the issue.
