Okay guys I know this probably has been covered numerous times but I cant find anything about it except for the ceramic break versions on the Z07 packages.
I have the steel rotors and man my breaks are squealing like crazy! Drives me freakin nuts! What are you guys doing (Other than buying new pads) to stop the break squeal?

Keep driving. Mine squealed horribly and LOUDLY until about 3K miles, and now are down to only squealing softly / occasionally.

Brake Squealing? You need to abrade the brake rotor surface of glaze. Use the search function regarding Brake rotor and brake pad deglazing. You use closed-coated sand paper for metal surfaces on both.

Keep the wheels and brake components as clean of brake dust as possible;
Perform a brake bedding procedure, and when done perform some 'hard' stops often;
If you don't track the car and don't care about (potentially) a slightly reduced braking performance, install a set of Ceramic pads like those made by Carbotech;
Have Permatex Ceramic anti-squeal brake pad paste applied to the backing plates of the pads, this also works great.
