At Chevy dealer now. Rear camber can only be adjusted to -1.2. Manual calls for -2.0°. Does not have the proper tool to adjust caster on the rear and is leaving it as is which should be at 0°. Otherwise, all alignment specifications from the manual for track use are being done.
Does anyone see an issue with these rear settings on the track?

Have they removed the single washer from the rear as stated to do so in the manual? You need to do that in order to get more negative camber in the rear.

I ran my Z06 for the first time on track last Saturday. Had it in to the dealer yesterday to change diff fluid and check alignment. The technician indicated camber of -1.1 to -1.3 on all four wheels. Everything else was to spec. I thought the car handled very well when I had it on track, so I decided to leave the camber where it was rather than adjust to -2.
You should go somewhere else - I notice you are in SW Ohio. Jeff Wyler in Eastgate has the tools to do the job - not sure about anyone else.
It's fine to go to the track on that alignment but if you get a true track alignment it will be better.
There is a fairly significant difference between -1.2 and -2.0. If you are moderately quick the lack of camber will cause excess wear to your tire edges and you won't have quite as much traction.
My new C7 was delivered with several alignment settings outside of factory specifications -- one of those was rear caster on one side. Rear caster mis-alignment can cause some fairly nasty handling traits, so you really should have a qualified shop set it up correctly.
Stage is set for this afternoon. Too late to make any changes. What I am going to do (for a number of reasons) is take it real easy today. Might even be raining so who knows if I will go out at all.

Thanks for all the responses! Wish me luck.
Best of luck, you will have a blast. The whole track set up and prep is a learning experience for both you and your dealership.
I would go somewhere else. Dealer had similar issues on ours and we had a race shop do it. I doubt it will hurt to run it that way. Talk to guys at the track and see who they recommend. At our track almost everyone uses the same shop.
That shop told us that new cars often come in out of aligmoment too. So even the guys not going for the track setup should have theirs checked.
I heard the track setup will wear out tires. Someone suggested getting the firestone unlimited alignments and changing it before and after each track day. Ours is set to be stable on track and not wear out tires...but it could be a lot more aggressive if we didn't care about tire wear daily.

If rear camber is adjusted, rear caster will also have been inadvertently altered. Drive cautiously on track until you're sure you don't have any negative handling characteristics.
Thanks, that's exactly what I did. 1st lap was a lead follow in the rain. She handled just fine. After that, I went out with the open-lapping group and gradually got more aggressive as the track dried out. No issues at all. Had a blast!
Now, the search for a shop that can properly align...Hopefully I will find one close to me here in Springboro.
