I'm getting ready to change the water/coolant percentage for when I go to the track in two weeks. Before I get the car up on the jack stands I wanted to ask the following:
Where exactly is the radiator petcock (drainage) valve?
Do I have to remove various pieces of trim to even get to it?

Drivers side very easy to get to. make sure your dogs or cats are not able to drink
It drains out of the lower driver's side support and nothing needs to be removed to access the petcock. Drain out 5.9 quarts, fill surge tank to base of neck with distilled water, idle engine for 3-4 minutes, slowly add coolant to keep level at base of filler neck, run engine for 2-3 minutes at ~2000-2500 rpm (with cabin heat on), fill surge tank (it should take about a quart). Replace tank cap and let cool overnight and check level, top off as needed. Subtract volume of additives from distilled water added. My car took pretty much exactly what was drained out of the radiator.
Coolant volume is 11.8 quarts. 5.9 out and 5.9 of distilled water in will give you ~20% Dex.
