421 The Snake

Spent about 4 hours ripping the 421 Snake in both directions. Car was breath taking to be honest. Temps were about 80-90 degrees (80 when we started but closer to 90 when we got out past Blowing Rock). As low as 73 near the end of the trip. I used the paddles as there are a lot of gear changes and in auto it was just a little sloppy with its selection ive found. Car did spike a few times around 250-260 degrees but I was running hard most of the trip. I felt like if it was 90 for the bulk of our trip we would have over heated. That's disappointing.
I don't intend to track my car but maybe a few times in its life but I do like to show it some corners like I did yesterday which I suppose is basically the same as tracking it. I think as a community we are going to be stuck with figuring out these temp issues.
