C6 red vs C7 red
I had a C4 Torch red, then never cared (personally) for any of the reds in the C5. I thought the C6 also lacked Torch Red, but I was parked next to one in the service drive today and it sure looked the same. I took photos but it's always hard to compare colors in photos.
Was the C6 red the same as the C7 red? (The bright reds, clearly)

When the C6 came out in 2005 it had Victory Red (a bit darker, less orange). Victory red was the only bright red available from 2005 through 2009.
Torch red came back and replaced it in 2010.
Torch red was also the bright red through the entire C5 run, and the last four years of C4.

Torch Red was been available for several of the C6 model years (in addition to Victory Red which is a different, darker shade), and Yes - it is the same Torch Red you see on the C7...

It's indeed what I have (along with the Adrenaline Red interior to complete RPO SUB, or the subtlety option).
It was just news to me that it was ever on the later C6. Learn something new every day... thanks Internet Strangers!
