I drive fast actually it gets 26-28 at 75 plus since the limit is 65 here.

I don't hit 7th till over 70 never use 7th that slow.

Max mpg that I've seen is around 44 mph in 6th/eco. I've seen 34 sustained. Which immediately turned into 13 mpg right after I floored it to 130 again.

I can get 28 in v8 mode at 75. Never use the eco mode still get almost 20 overall

I drive 80 miles southwest to the beach house. 62 north to work
and 17 miles hiway when I stay in my home close to work. I drive very little in town 2 -4 miles the rest is hiway that's why you guys get such bad MPG compared
mine car is 19.7 average with about 5000 miles and around 250 gallons of gas so far.
Plenty of through the gears romps included

Just curious what aero package everyone is running for these numbers? I ran from SC to VA and then VA to SC. I average just under 23 with Stage 3 aero. My 06 C6Z I would of gotten about 30. Was thinking if I dropped the whole S3 spoiler I would of picked up probably 3-4 MPG.

Your numbers are lower than my stage 1. I think I can do 27plus easy at 75-80

At 10k miles my overall average was 13.8mpg.....and that's mostly highway commuting miles.

(Stage 3 manual but no clear rear piece)

Good for you, youngster! I'm at about the same mpg with the smaller Stage 2 front winglets but with the polycarbonate wickerbill installed, driving mainly suburban and backcountry two-laners. I tend to shift at relatively high revs and I very rarely use any gear above fourth. Maybe once a month I'll be on an interstate-type road and try out seventh. Not sure where fifth and sixth are located....lol

On a recent road trip, a 2015 Z06 convertible with A8 and stage two aero, averaged 24.0 MPG running in ECO for the 3900 miles he drove. As a comparison, my 2009 Z06 averaged 30.8 MPG on the same trip.

I think the M7 is underrated mine stays above 19 no matter in town or not.
Not that I bought it for the MPG but it is a nice bonus!
Hmm......maybe you changed your mind?

Next time you dont agree with someone else you can just say that, instead of going crazy on them because you think they are wrong.

If your 75 emecons must can seem crazy.
Nothing like pulling up an old thread! But I'll play I like my C7Z06 but I still think don't it is quite going to get 30-32 for an extended distance like a 1000 mile trip and 60-65 is little slow if your driving anywhere. Over all mileage on a trip still too high. I think your wrong. I agree let be adults. I agree the mileage is very good though. My best is 28.3 but it can't average that high.
and it has a 19 plus over all average.

Have 3200 miles on mine and I get 24-25 mpg on my trips with occasional fun blips on the throttle.

Different drivers all ways have different results not a real good compare above.

Maybe someone will you let drive their M7 not the A8 which we know gets less. That way the same driving habits are used. So It could be a compared. I believe mine can better 24 with out eco mode.
But results are all over with different drivers.

Well

My car is a zo7 with the center installed(I know if I had the stage 1 spoiler on I would have gotten 30 MPG plus).

best was 34.3 MPG Avg was 25.2 mpg highway trip driving

If I just drive it 10 mpg to 15 mpg in city and freeway

I honestly don't care about mileage unless am going on road trips, so I don't have to stop every 200 miles to fill up.

When I'm in town or short stints on a highway, I usually see about 13-15 mpg. On an expressway at 65, cruising in the Tour mode, I see about 28-29 - on 8 cylinders - unreal! I rarely run in the Eco mode, but curiosity won yesterday. While on an expressway at 63, I put it there for about 5 miles, using instant mpg and average, I saw 33 mpg! I think that's amazing!

My aero package is stage 2.

I enjoy pushing hard on track and am happy to "put put" along when I don't have much going on. Last Saturday we took a lazy trip to Cleveland and on the way back I thought I would try eco mode with the cruise on 65 MPH. The range went from 26 +/- to as high as 70 MPH (down hill in V4). It really is an amazing car to be able to run with the exotics on track and the gas sippers on the highway.
