Default Question??

I was at a Starbucks today and saw a Shark Gray Z, as I circled it I noticed that there were tow bolts on the front and the back of it. I thought that this was not a good sign for this Z, wondering if it was towed to that spot. I go into Starbucks order my drink and then I see a guy leave, so I watch to see if he was the owner. Yep he was, got right in and left.

Is this something that is normal for someone to drive around with the tow bolts attached?

I'm new to the corvette world and just don't know.

By the way I was driving my 16 Z after taking delivery Wednesday This machine is sick!!

Nothing wrong with tow hooks/bolts.
Actually pretty standard if you track your car as it is a requirement.
The track folks don't want to waste time to tow the car and you don't want them to use anything else if you care for your car...
