Just finished the 2 day Corvette school at Spring MT. All I can say is it was great. They went all thru the car showing us details and also how to drive these cars. Went thru Launch control and see why some guys have trouble with this feature. Temperature was 105+ every afternoon and no trouble overheating. I understand how maybe this could happen but I also was at VIR and overheating did not seem to be an issue for everybody. I can only encourage all C7 owners to take advantage of the great offer that GM provides to owners of C7's. 2 days and one night for $1000, hard to beat that.
You may not get anything in the mail. All you need to do is call the office in Pahrump, and give them your vin #. They'll tell you if your eligible or not. You can sign up for a course with them or do it online.
I've been there twice, and both times were great. I highly recommend it.
excellent school - you will enjoy the track time and certainly better understand the capability of the Corvette.......certainly worth it.
I have been to Mercedes AMG Driving Academy a couple of times - Road Atlanta and Circuit of the Americas.......which were great.......but enjoyed the Spring Mountain facility - everything on site......and the instructors were outstanding
I was there in April. Great experience and great instructors. Recommend staying at the facility, as good lodging and get to know other participants. Well worth the money at any level.
