Yes I did as well as some clients. I didn't like it on mine but the darker cars it's less noticeable.
I just completed our true hand laid carbon fiber replacement pieces and will be running a group buy for the first 10. I need to check pricing tomorrow but they turned out great!

It would have been nice if GM would have designed the Z06 with wider front fenders to match the wider rear fenders. It looks as though the OEM spats are already an aftermarket option.

Painted mine them wrapped them
In removed my spats, sanded them smooth, primed them with a plastic primer, then painted them with carbon flash black. I added carbon flash black flaps and wrapped them with Suntek film. Looks good on my SG.
