Default Recalibrate window

Hi All,

Finally I have purchased 2015 Z06 last night.(trade in 2015 Z51)

Car was sitting at the show room for months and battery was dead so dealer needed to recharge the battery for few minutes to start the car.

Because of this issue, windows need to be recalibrated, and DIC shows that "ACTION REQUIRED".

Does anyone know how to relearn the window program before I go to the dealer?

Thanks

If you mean the re-indexing feature?
Not near my manuals at the moment but try below.

In the car with both doors closed.
1. push and hold the window down switch until it reaches full travel then hold it there for 1-2 seconds.

2. Then pull the window switch up until it reaches full travel and hold it there for 1-2 seconds.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 in order.

Then try opening and closing the doors to see if the indexing features work on each door.

Manual 2-23. Be sure to start the car first. Raise the window all the way up by holding the rocker switch in the up position. Some of us have found that it helps to continue to hold the rocker in the up position for three seconds after the window is all the way up. My sales rep suggested letting it go then holding it up for another three seconds (there's a youtube video that suggests that second step too.)

My problem is when the door are opened then windows not working. (no up & down whatsoever) But after the doors closed then windows are working again.

I just need to recalibrate something but I just don't know where....

Then you have an issue with the BCM. You will need to take it to the dealer and have them reflash the BCM.
