Two bone stock Z's at Beech Bend 1/4 mile times
Was at Beech a Bend this weekend and watched two Laguna Blue Z's make several passes. Best for one was 10:68 @ 131. Second was 10:73 @ 129.
Both had some wheelspin at launch but still ran strong #'s.
Owners said launch was in track mode with t/c off and left from an idle.
Pretty impressive if you ask me. Both A8.

Since your thread says that they were both bone stock I assume you can you confirm 100% that they were both running on the bone stock tires they left the factory with?

Pretty impressive. Nice numbers indeed.
I wonder what the 60ft. times were?

T/c was off for all the passes except my last chance to qualify. The car didn't spin but who knows how much the nannies slowed it down? Race conditions don't allow the advantages of testNtune.

Did you decide not to use Launch Control for a reason?
After reviewing the PDR videos for my passes, leaving TC on, and leaving from idle, in D, seems to produce the best traction. Would be interested in your thoughts on Launch Control.
