Default Spoiler question

I have a black 2015 Z06 with non-Z07 package. I'm wanting to upgrade the spoiler to the stage 3 or similar aero package. What is the best option?

Is it possible to purchase/install the factory stage 3 aero from GM? Do you have to remove the existing spoiler or does it bolt on to the existing base?

Thanks
Paul

Doesn't the stage 1 spoiler have short extensions?
IF so, then the Z07 extensions should attach using the same holes.

They have what you need and it's genuine GM.
I upgraded my stage 2 to a stage 3.

The rear spoiler does not have to be removed to upgrade to the stage 2/3 wickers or install the clear center wickerbill. If you need the 2/3 wickers, they are about ~$170. The center wickerbill is actually a little more at ~$200. If you need just the Z07 stuff GM has a new "package" with both the clear wickerbill and the Z07 splitter end plates. It's around $450.

Thanks for the replies. I think I'll go for the z07 package with the clear Wickerbill and ends.

If you have the stage 2 aero (CFV or CFZ) on your car it's an easy addition.

So to be clear the stage 2 and the stage 3 end extensions are the same part?

Stage 3 is that part including the center wicker bill ?

Thanks!

No...the stage 2 splitter end plates come with the stage 2/3 cars. The Z07 package cars get the larger splitter end plates in addition (they are bagged and in the car unless the dealer installs them).
Both the stage 2 and Z07 cars have the larger rear spoiler wickers on each side. The Z07 cars also get the clear center wickerbill (also bagged and in the car unless installed during PDI).
Rick Conti best described it in pictures.

GM offers the Z07 parts in an accessory package now for ~$450.

2014, Yes you are correct. The side/end wickets are exactly the same for both the stage 2 and 3. The addition of the clear (semi) center adjustable section brings the complete stage 3 to the rear spoiler. It sounds more confusing than it is.

I went from Stage 1 to Stage 3. Was a piece of cake. Call Gene at CULTRAG, he is great to work with.

The Stage 2 wicker extensions & Stage 3 clear center wickerbill will bolt onto the existing spoiler finishing the three stages for the rear spoiler.
