You don't need seat covers if you get in the car properly. Sit first and then swing in your legs, follow GM seat care recommendations and the seat skins will last a very long time.

This. I have been driving performance cars for years and never did this, and always wore the outer bolster. I laughed when I first heard the vette guys say that this is the way to enter a 'vette, but this is the right way to enter a vette......
Seems silly to cover such nice seats, whether comp or GT.

Did you see the post below on what they call "Seat Towels". Looked like they would offer some temporary protection for getting in and out. --Bob

Speaking of towels, I do use old bath towels to protect the seats from my sweaty body when I'm doing some vehicle detailing during our 100+days of 90°humid weather we get in the summer. That's about the only time I'll cover them.
