After much deliberation and ambivalence, I finally bought them for myself for Christmas. Had them put on by a local shop (who also put on my Michelin PS2s the same day) for a very reasonable price.
The seat of the pants impression is negligible, although the symphony was worth every saved penny! I will add, however, that the drone is terrible below 2500 rpm if the fuse is disconnected or you have the M2W switch turned off. This is my only complaint and certainly worth mentioning for future buyers. Others have said that they have zero drone, or its minimal. This isn't my experience at all. It's deafening. I just use this as a good reason to keep the loud pedal pressed a little further. And for what it's worth, my fuse is either blown or the butterfly valves aren't hooked up properly. Having that looked at this week.
I also got the 5 inch tips and very glad that I did. Imho, they are not too big at all and complement the wide rear nicely. I'll try to get a before and after idling vid up soon, taken right before and right after the install. Couldn't be happier with the purchase!

Sorry, folks. This was supposed to be in the c6z06 section. Fat fingers and smart phones don't mate well. My apologies.
