Tire place in northern Illinois ?
Put 100 miles on it and put a piece of metal in it,took it to a shop ask them 3 times if they could install a new tire on it,well three places latter still not on,,,,,

I've used Discount Tire to buy email tires, but not their stores. However, in other parts of the country Discount Tire is known as a store that can get the job done. If not, search TireRack.com site for installers. It will also give you prices. You will have to look a bit on their site; not all that easy IMO.
