Default Z06 wheel logo

Anyone found or have idea for the recessed Z06 area on the wheel rim, have not found any domed inserts for this area, don't want to try to paint, appreciated suggestions, reminds me of the C5 airbag area for the domed letters

Default Z06 decals

When i originally posted this pic, I had a lot of interest and sent out 20 sets on my nickel. The guy that made these for me asked that I not name his shop as to not create any potential legal issues. I am more than willing to provide that service again to fellow forum members, just send me a PM with your name and address. I will be out of town next week but may be able to get an order in on Monday. They are available in different color combos...just don't get too crazy on me!

Been on my wheels for 8 months...so far so good, just make sure you clean the area good.

I've seen these in other threads, and he said they are decals made by a graphics shop in his area. Others have asked about getting them but he never puts up a link, I guess because they're not a forum vendor. Maybe if you PM him he'll send you a link to contact the shop.

I'm also interested in how they're holding up, but they look great and I'd really like to get some!!

Default Decals

Guys I am going to place the order shortly and may have them today. If so I will get all requests out on Monday if not it won't be until Friday when I get back from a business trip. If you sent me a PM without your address please send me another with your address on it.

A couple of install tips: clean the area good with alcohol or some other cleaner to remove any wax/grease etc. I placed the decal on the end of a pointy exacto knife to ease in positioning the decal in the proper location and finally make sure the weather is warm.

I painted mine with Testors paint.... <br > It is really very easy and can be reversed (erased) with acetone.

Looks good. It might be easily reversed on Chrome, but not so sure acetone is good for the painted black wheels.

I used dupli color touch up paint from Auto Zone, put on last summer and has held up great after many washings. Just wiped off excess with alcohol. Also painted side marker too and think it looks better now.
