I was at the dealer getting the rough track calibration and the power steering ventilation kit installed on my 15 Z06/Z07 and the technician told me that if I say that my car shifts "harshly" there is a service bulletin on that car where they will reflash the transmission computer and then "teach" the computer how to shift more smoothly... It made a big difference... No hesitation and no uncertainty in the lower gears at lower speeds....AND it was covered by the warranty... Bulletin came out in Aug 2015 and my car was built in March 2015 From the paperwork it seems they charged GM about $1500 for the process....

Do you know the TSB#? I'm having this issue and the dealer told me it was normal. I would like to be able to go back and reference a TSB #.

Me too. I think the TSB Information would help my case a lot. I would like to be able to read it.
My 16Z was built 6-22-15. I brought it to the dealer last week for it's second oil change. The transmission was reprogrammed along with pdk autostart and seats (temp). There wasn't a tsb # on the invoice so no help here.
