Default Dyno numbers

So i got some mods done. Alky control meth, 9% pulley Arh headers, Corsa Xpipe, Halltech Cai. Made 588/628. Have not been to the track yet, my best time stock was 10.94 at 127. Just thought i would have made better numbers

That seems a little low. On pump gas I made 650/650. I have similar mods to you.

Every Dyno is different though. What were your gains over stock? Please don't tell me they didn't check it lol....

80 rwhp and 110 rwtq over stock. Mustang Dyno and it was 90 degrees and really humid. Guess i'll see how she does at the track. Hoping for 10.2-10.3

Now that makes more sense. Numbers are good and gains are solid.

The key as Mowe said is baseline to after modding. My car was 570/589 as a baseline on a dynojet which normally shows a 8-9% higher number than a Mustang dyno in my experience.

On pump gas - with meth (I don't remember if you stated you were on meth) - I dyno'd 682/720 - so my gains were fairly solid. I have more mods than you and a bigger lower (18% innovators west). On a super hot 2700+ DA day I went ~135 MPH - up from ~123-124 MPH without - same conditions. I was in regular sport mode (not PTM 3). I was on Cup 2's - no burn out as I just wanted to test trap speed. +10 MPH was a solid gain.

When you test - your trap speed (if equal DA/track prep etc) will tell you the real difference. My guess is you will be at least +5-7 MPH. And then remember there are "miracle air" DA days where you will gain another 1-3 MPH.

Good luck and let us know how it goes!

AFE CAI A8 with Tune made 589hp/630tq baseline was 580hp/589tq I think, may be off a few hp. Very hot humid day in SWFla.

You gained 109hp and 41tq with a CAI and Tune as the only mods?

That would be the most gains on any Z in history for pump gas. Congrats lol.

For those two mods.

Default 700rwhp/748rwtq

Hello everyone,

I just got my car back from Redline Motorsports in Pompano, FL.

I have a Halltech intake, 15% redline motorsports lower, ARH 2" headers, ARH catted x-pipe, AKRA exhaust, and alky methanol kit. Car made 700 RWHP and 748 RWTQ and runs amazing on my A8. Incredible.

10.94@127 mph bone stock? That's not too shabby in my book. Dyno numbers seem good to me.
