We already offer a wing kit and front splitter for the C7. That doesn't relate to this, however, our trip to the wind tunnel in the offseason will allow us to put real data behind our assumptions regarding this aspect. To validate and quantify our designs, and build new ones.

Sneak peek at our intercooler tanks. We've got a few already welded, pressure tested, and ready for anodizing!
Currently, we're planning on releasing the "Stage 1" kit for sale before the next two. The Stage 1 will be the intercooler radiators, reservoir, bleeding tools, and an upgraded radiator. Stay tuned for more updates! We're getting there.

Jake, how does one cut the fascia for the new openings? Dremel? Will you have a template? What do the perimeter trim pieces look like and what did you choose for a screen or grill?
Getting more psych'd for this kit each day.

We've used an air saw, but a Dremel would work just fine.
Will you have a template?
Yes.

They're not ready yet. We've got a couple concepts that flow with the design of the bumper better than a giant rectangle while still allowing enough airflow. Screen is TBD as well. That's the last piece, really. Unfortunately it's pretty tough to model & manufacture, being such a complicated 3D shape.

Alright everyone, we're finally ready to announce pricing and "Stage" structure.
Stage I: $4,395 MSRP.
Will include 10" x 10" intercooler radiators, large reservoir, and DeWitt's 57mm Aluminum radiator. Can be purchased without radiator for those of you that already have an upgraded radiator, or will be purchasing the Stage II package.
Stage II: $3,395 MSRP.
70mm DeWitt's Radiator and auxiliary radiator in a "V-Mount" arrangement. Must be used in conjunction with Stage I package.
Transmission Cooler Upgrade: $749 MSRP.
Larger transmission cooler mounted with radiators to keep the A8 transmissions cool on track. Requires Stage II kit.
Engine Oil Cooler Upgrade: $1,495 MSRP.
Replace factory oil-water cooler with two 10" x 10" oil coolers mounted behind the intercooler radiators. Requires Stage I kit.
More information, including pre-order discounts, can be found here:

Thanks again to everyone that's offered input on this product so far. We're excited to be bringing this to market!
Pictures of the bumper cutout shape should be up next week. Operations will be taking his C7Z to COTA next month with the pre-production kit, and we'll have pictures and data from that event.

Very interesting. I've been considering a C7Z but have been holding off due to the temp issues & I was hoping to get a new Ford GT but I got denied there.
Speaking of Ford GT I've been tracking my 06 since my C6Z hit the wall at Homestead. Was having water cooling issues w GT on track but I insulated the air filter box, exhaust, & some hoses and cut some grilles on the door intakes and I dropped 10-15 F.

Boring update, but an update nonetheless. We should have our first run of prototype intercooler cores from DeWitt's showing up Friday or early next week.
Thanks for being patient. Moving into production is always the slow, boring part. Should have some nice pictures of Operations's car up here pretty soon, it's getting all dressed up for its next track day at COTA.

So here's a sneak peek at how our production kits will look. This bumper cutout doesn't have the trim we'll be selling with the production kits, but the shape is otherwise realistic. Operations's car is all dressed up for COTA this weekend, with the exception of the splitter since it just had the clearbra reapplied to the front bumper.
Here's a close-up, you can also see the sexy new AP brakes. So long, expensive CC pads.
Once again, thanks for your patience as we bring these kits to market. It's a slow process to manufacture parts like this, but we're getting much closer.

I must admit, that is the best looking front intercooler solution out there. Very nice work G-Speed.

Thanks guys. We're having a stock front bumper 3D scanned on Friday so we can get the trim rings in process.
Unfortunately we've hit a few snags in production that have slowed us down a little bit, but we're still plugging away.
