Default Ventilation

Got a question regarding the ventilation on my 2016 Z06. It seems that even when its fairly cool ou side when using the ventilation (not air conditioning) in either outside air or recycled inside air what blows through is very warm even when the temps are set at low. I am assuming this is just one of the side effects of the motor running so warm (usually around 210-220+) Are other experiencing the same thing.
thanks

Every car I've ever owned does that.
