I am the second owner. So I have no idea how the first 400 miles were on the tires. It was originally from california, I bought it in mid june in minnesota. 3 of 4 tires are cracked and I am hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.

Call Michelin directly (their 1-800 help line, you can find it on their website) - I had a blistered front tire replaced - I called Michelin and explained briefly my situation....they told me to go back to the tire shop when I bought them (who was in a Michelin dealer) - Michelins asigned me a case number , and the tire shop called Michelin explaining what they saw...in my case a blister simply appeared within the first 1500 miles after purchase - Michelin replaced the tire 100% no cost...although they would pro-rate based on tread depth remaining
The problem is that a blister is never an expected thing.
If you, or the previous owner, drove the sc2s in colder temperatures they will fail and crack.
This (generally) isn't a manufacturing issue but an issue with not following product specifications. Which wouldn't be warrantied.
The bottom line is call and ask, I personally would talk to the dealer from which you bought the car. My beef would be with them for selling me a car with messed up tires.
Be very careful of whom you ask to mount your new cup2's when you get them. The majority of tire sellers will insist that they can do it easily, but in reality, there only a few that actually can. I ended up buying from Discount Tire but taking them to the dealer for mounting. Even at the dealer, it took a week to do it.

I've been down the Tire Mount & Balance road already - I had it done at a Tire Shop (small family owned place) that did have a small learning curve to get thru (the tire needs Murphy Tire Putty applied liberally on the open section of bead to get the seal needed to inflate & seat the bead) - the "issue" is RunFlat tires are so stiff that the last 3 to 5 inches of bead will not seal, and remains open allowing air to escape therefore not seating the bead
My dealer sends them out to a local tire shop as well (That may be yours took a week....it's a 3 to 4 hour job total)...my shop asked $50 each wheel
