Default Dms flex fuel kit

How have people gotten to the ecm under the passenger fender to install the white wire from the dms ff kit? Removing the fender or removing the lining?

You don't have to remove the fender completely. But remove the liner and the bolts to the fender closer to the door top and bottom and you can pull the fender out just enough to squeeze in there to do the wiring.

Easiest way is to remove the air fin or extractor on the fender. Once thats done the ECM is right there.
