Finally got going on it yesterday afternoon a bit and still have more work to do before I can make a full pull with it but I thought you would like to see some updates compared to just the E-Force/Corsa/LG Super Pro's.
Again, that is the addition of a 15% overdrive lower, LG cam, LG ported LT4 heads and Alky Controls meth system.

May have to take another look at the e-force if Whipple don't get their act together soon with their 2.9

Forgive me for saying this, but the prices for this amount of increase would have to be outrageous . . . for example, just the supercharger alone is $6500, the heads would have to be at least another $3K and the cam+kit, I'm guessing around $750, not to mention installation, so add another $3000+ . . . throw in the Exhaust system and the Cold Air Kit, and that's another $2000 or more and then there is the tune, figure another $600 or so, for Dyno Tune . . . that's about $16K, for roughly a 200HP increase at the wheels . . . and NO WARRANTY . . . if I'm going to spend that kind of coin, I think I'd rather get my car converted to a Callaway, and have a warranty with it . . . it might not be quite as powerful, but there are lots of add-ons with the Callaway kit above and beyond just the engine parts . . .

I think thats the point. You get 200whp more vs 50whp on avg from the Callaway. Depends on what you want. Many buy and mod and dont worry about warranty. You fix it and move on if you have an issue... vs the guy that is worried voiding something warranty related. To each his own really.
I have the skillset to install all these parts myself . . . Before I bought my Z06, I actually built a clone of the Ford Racing "Aluminator XS" Crate engine from scratch (i.e.: started with a bare block, purchased all the parts individually, including bare heads, etc.), put an Edelbrock E-force on it, and it mad pretty good power (first pull was 562RWHP in my 2014 Mustang GT, so about the same as the LT4), but the NA version of the Crate Engine is rated at "500+HP" vs the stock 420HP, and on the stock engine, the base blower produced 495RWHP, and I had a much smaller pulley on it, so it had lots more potential, but even trying to tune it myself, I couldn't get the driveabilty issues worked out, so I returned it to stock (put the original engine back in it) and traded it, along with a couple other vehicles, in on the Z06 I now have . . . I don't have to do a damn thing to it, I have about the same performance I had with that 2014 Mustang (probably even better), and a powertrain warranty that will take care of any issues if something breaks.
Bottom line--I don't have Uber amounts of cash to spend, that's why I did all that work to the 2014 Mustang myself, and of course, I had no warranty if any of that stuff broke; with the Z06, I have equal or better performance, and if something breaks, I just take it in to the local Chevy dealer to have Warranty fix it (besides a bunch of other reasons I have it, like the fact that I've wanted a Corvette ever since I was 6 years old, I'm a former GM Employee, so I was able to get GM Employee pricing on the car, it reduces the number of vehicles I had by 2, so fewer vehicles to insure, etc.).

Customizing cars is how you see things like the car shown in this thread or any of these below it. NONE OF THEM HAVE WARRANTIES and all make 580-1200 hp for all different kinds of uses.
To each his own.....enjoy your car and have fun with it.

It is still on pump, not a flex fuel setup so it doesn't have that much of an additional load on it. It is using a larger fuel pump lobe on the cam combined with the meth injection the car holds a steady A/F through the curve and hasn't shown a loss of low or high pressure fuel feed.

The people who pay someone to install this (i.e.: have LG Motorsports install it), aren't going to fix it themselves . . . if I'm going to pay someone to install a kit like this, the ONLY reason I'd do it is to have the warranty.

Maybe if you knew the difference between RWHP and crank HP! Stock ZR1 A8 makes less. this is easy Callaway power!
