Default Z06 Delivery Post from Oct 22nd '16 Pics, stories, barn finds and more*Mike@Criswell

~Each week I deliver 10-12 vehicles and 90% of them are new and used Corvettes. I can sell all the brands that Criswell offers but clearly I enjoy and have passion for the Corvette. I have owned 17 Corvettes in the 39 years that I have been selling them Nationwide. I enjoy assisting Corvette enthusiasts from all over the World by simply answering their questions or pointing them in the right direction. I realize it's a round world and someday that I will get a referral from them but more importantly... I like helping Corvette folks. You can follow me on the Forums or check out my CorvetteFurman Facebook page.

~Matt H. from Toms River, New Jersey heard of me thru his best friend Tony S. of Bayville, New Jersey. I had met Tony in Carlisle, PA at the Corvette show and he told me someday he would be buying a Corvette from me. Last week Tony S. picked up a brand new '16 Shark Gray with Twilight Blue pkg Z06 cpe, 1 of 43 produced...and Tony's is 1 of 8 in Shark Gray. Tony told Matt about a Arctic White with Twilight Blue pkg Z06 that I had in stock so Matt came down this week and traded in his '16 Cadillac CTS-V for his new Z...which is also 1 of the 43 built, and 1 of 27 in White!

Matt...

and Tony S.

Al and Deb V. from Miramar, Florida factory ordered a new '17 Grand Sport Cpe in Race Yellow and loaded. This past week they took delivery at the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, KY and had a fantastic experience.

Paul M. from Tampa, Florida factory ordered an Arctic White Grand Sport Convt fully loaded and this past week they took delivery at the Corvette Museum. Here is what Paul had to say..."Mike, You are so right. The experience will last a lifetime. What you, John Whitt and the whole NCM team did for us was unbelievable. They couldn’t do enough for us, and I can’t begin to thank all of you. You are the reason why I bought my car from Criswell. I wish all the best for you as you make “living a dream” come true."
Thanks so much, Paul and Gloria M.

~Tony H. from Caseyville, Illinois factory ordered a new 2017 Z06 and he and his wife picked it up this past week at the Corvette Museum. Z06 vin# 283 for 2017 production.

~George S. from Wilmington, Delaware factory ordered his new '17 Stingray Corvette in Arctic White with Red interior and traded in his '16 Torch Red with Red. Yesterday he drove over as he switched Corvettes in under an hour.

~John B from Fairfax, Virginia bought his very first Corvette from me in 2012. A Centennial edition Grand Sport cpe that I had in stock. This time we went over all the options and he factory ordered a new '17 Admiral Blue Z06 cpe, vin# 554.

~Phil K. from Freehold, New Jersey factory ordered a loaded up 2017 Z06/Z07 with almost every option possible. Arctic White with two tone Adrenaline Red interior really pops.

~JVP from Northern Virginia has been sending me customers for years so when he called up and said he would like to order a new 2017 Z06 Cpe...well I was more than glad to assist any way I could. JVP chose the engine build option and he said the experience was a chance of a lifetime and that all the Corvette plant employee's could not have been nicer. Long Beach Red with the Black interior looks great and he drove off with it this week from Criswell, Z06 vin # 606.

~Throwback pics and barn finds....

~Have a great week everyone!

What's the deal on the pic of the Vette being kicked out of the cargo hold of the airplane?

I remember clearly that it was a car that a dealer in NJ refused to fix under warranty. The owner then decided to return the car via air freight. He dropped it off over the weekend so the dealer could start first thing Monday morning. The dealer was not located near the shore.

Correction Mike: Black interior. But it can be tricky to tell when the sun is blaring down on it.

And: keep treating Corvette customers the way you do and I'll keep chuckin' em up at ya.

mike, Cannot thank you enough for the work you do. bringing the joy you bring. In a world of stress you work in a field that is clearly the right medicine for the cure. Matt and I are trying to the get our twin Z06 Twilight Blue Design Package cars together for a nice photo-op and are looking forward to all the shows we can make (including Carlisle 2017!!).

Your place is fantastic, but truth be told wherever you sell corvettes from is where i'll be heading next should you move on at some point. I hope Criswell Knows how important YOU are to them in terms of these Corvette Sales.

Like you said, I told you I would be down one day to buy one (i thought it would be a new GS but oh well lol) who knew it would be 2 months later (not my wife that's for sure hahaha)

Some more pics of our cars and loading up at the Dealership (plus one of mike nons-stop answering calls and searching for corvette buyers. both times I was there the phone never stoppd ringing nor did his emails. Easy to see how he sells the most corvettes in the world!)
