Default Display issue or am I doing something wrong??

Took her out for a spin today and decided to go from touring to track mode. Felt the steering and suspension get stiffer but my dash and HUD display did not change. Changed through all the modes, weather, econ, tour, sport and track, and the display never changed.

Not sure if something is wrong or if I accidentally locked in my display mode.

Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks in advance.

You have to link the display to the drive mode in the options menu from the steering wheel. Here is a video.

That did the trick. I must have accidentally changed it a while back when I was goofing around in the different modes. Thanks for the help!!!

You're welcome. A lot to learn on these cars.

A large number of people tie their display to the touring mode since it provides a better display of relevant track information. On the Z06 the track display doesn't provide coolant temp info and it isn't laid out very well. Tour display has a nice vertical digital display of the relevant car info just to the right of the digital speedo. It is also displayed with white letters on a darker background so you get a good contrast that makes the display more visible to age challenged eyes.

Yes, that is my favorite display. I will most likely do the same. Thanks.

The Tour display is easy to read, but remember you have to be on the MPH display (I think) to get it, and you have to be in Perf mode of Tour.

As for me, it takes a few extra seconds, but I run Sport mode display with oil temp on Left pocket gauge, oil press on Right, and Coolant Temp dead center.

On the 2017 in Sport mode you can put the
coolant temp in one of the pocket gauges.

That is the display I use. Seems to have the most relevant info all at once in one location.
