Put the Borla X pipe on today (60547). Was amazed at how crappy the old X pipe quality was. I've got to hand it to Borla, beautifull fabrication and nice improved sound. We heated up the outer rear pipes connection to make it expand to remove the old X pipe. Made it a little easier to seperate. Didn't get a chance to do a video today but will later in the week. Pipes smoked a bit from the oil inside but is decreasing a lot after they heated up. If you look close, you can see the 2 keyhole bolts that held the Tunnel plate still there. they are the ones that you loosen and leave in place so the plate doesn't fall down while removing the outer bolts. Pretty simple install. 1 hour on the lift start to finish.

Mine is getting delivered Wednesday, same Part Number. Can't wait to get it installed. I was wondering if the secondary cats are visible on the stock X-Pipe or are the covered by anything?

; Pardon my ignorance but, does the Borla X pipe retain all cats? I hate the idea of having to swap back stock systems for future smog inspections. Thanks for posting your install.
