Default Meth + e85?

So im getting ready to mod my 16Z:upper pulley, CAI, full exhaust, ported TB, 160 thermostat, and would like to do meth and e85.

I know the car can't run straight e85, but what id like to achieve is a 30-50% e85 (or whatever a safe % stock fuel system can handle) topped with 91 and 100% meth. Is this a good idea? The reason why I ask is because my tuner didn't seem to fond of both, really wanted one or the other. My tuner is very reputable and has been for decades and I was a little surprised when I herd him say this.

I live in CA and I just happen to have e85 down the street from me so id like to take advantage of it to get optimal performance. Is it worth running both or just doing pump+meth?

Everyone down here is running E85 (mixed w/93) and meth. NO reason not to.

Meth is bringing higher octane, a "cooling effect" and an additional supply of fuel.

With the crappy fuel systems these cars have, meth is a must.

I'll be doing the same thing when I finally pop its cherry.

My ProCharged Z06 is at www.raceprovenmotorsports.net right now getting set up for E85 and meth. Fran the owner knows these cars very well and tunes a ton of them. He says there's no problem doing both.. Just do it!!!

You can run 100% e85. I do it all the time. That's why you need meth. Stock cam, but with meth, will allow full e85
