I'm thinking about trading my 2011 Z06/Z07 for a 2015 Z06 convertible with 9 k miles. Does the 2015 have any problems I should be aware of before trading?

I have 11k miles on mine with no problems, however mine is a Callaway.
I traded my C7Z for a 2015 Z06 Convert (with 0 miles at the time...). Unless you're planning long track sessions in the summer heat, and I DO mean track (not spirited driving), no problems that I know of.
A few of us have had rear diffs replaced but by 9000 miles it's already past that point if it it was going to need one, so I think you're golden.
If the price is right go for it! The only think I'd say is consider finding a 2016 if you can so that you get the faster electronics stack and the front cameras. Those are the only "later" feature I feel I miss.
I have 12,000 on the clock, no tracking but very spirited driving most of the time......no tickets yet thankfully......no issues even on the hottest days.
I've had 15K miles of nothing but fantastic performance with zero problems. Tires do wear out around 15K however, so beware..ask me how I know.
But the car is fantastic..
