Are Corvettes "Pretty"?
Wifey just commented on a friend's Vette as being "pretty".
We have a 16 Callaway Z and would never refer to it as being pretty.
Classic-yes, Cool-yes, Awesome-ok, but pretty, I don't think so.
What say you.

My observation is that women and men use words much differently. They (women) also think of our machines *completely* differently than we do.
My wife can look at cars and call them "pretty" too. Her opinion of my C7Z; "gorgeous". Like I said, they use words differently. I'm fine with it - I suspect you are too.

Based on the definitions on dictionary.com of pretty, I don't think its a good description of the car......(of things, places, etc.) pleasing to the eye, especially without grandeur. It's pleasing to the eye, but it has grandeur. Pretty to me implies a delicacy, which the C7 lacks. I'd say a VW bug is pretty, but not a C2, C3, or C7 which has an aggressive look.

Pretty damned good looking maybe. Flowers are pretty, maybe those Volkswagens that come with little flower vases built in are pretty, but I wouldn't use that as an adjective to describe a Corvette. I am afraid it someone called my Z06 pretty the car might go transgender on me or something
