Adding Bose sub woffer

can the sub be added to the 9 speaker system? thanks

I'm interested in this as well. The 1LZ radio sucks. And I haven't been able to find much after market.

I cant find any aftermarket either. I do know that the 10 speaker system uses a different amp. ive been able to find all the parts on ebay, but it would be a 500 dollar paper weight for all the parts if it doesn't work

You can do whatever you want with the speakers. Add an amp, etc. The sky is the limit.

The head unit is the problem. Hard to find a good one without losing functionality.

Do you know this for a fact? My long term installer has said that the noise cancellation screws up if there are aftermarket speakers in the signal path. I was able to add an aftermarket sub with a mono block amp with no issues.
