I like the stage II and III rear spoiler but not the front nor side skirts. I also think in my case the side skirts would look odd (pearl silver wheels and body colored vents of the twilight blue design package)
I dont feel like im missing anything? Very tough aa i WANT to want the side skirts but dont think they'll match this car.

My number one reason 3500 dollars is a lot of money for some plastic add ons. They do serve a purpose they stop rock chips.

For me, there is NO WAY I would ever own this car without the entire ground effects kit, from a styling perspective.

Did you install the rear diffuser? Where did you get it?

"Side skirts" on performance cars serve a much bigger function than purely as rock-catchers.
They have aero properties...in particular, as a means to increase downforce.

Yes, they do.
IMO, C7s also need some wrapping to keep paint damage at a minimum.

I would check your facts as this is not true.

1) Less weight
2) One fewer area to get rock chips from the road
3) They stick out too far and always catch pant leg.
4) Less $$$$.00

I love the skirtless look. Sucks they're needed for rock chip protection, even with paint protection film.

Out of all the skirts, I prefer the ACS Zero1 Side Rockers, but they don't stick out really far (which is what I like) and they hug the body closer....but they mitigate the idea of having full protection.

Oh well. Decisions, decisions...

If forced, I'll get the 3/4 skirts, though I really don't want to.

Red Dave you are correct the 2017 Z06 and the Grand Sport both models come with the standard front splitter and side rocker skirts which are shipped separate to the dealer and installed by the dealer.

Less $$$$ is a concern, after spending a bunch of $$$$$s for a Z06
