Stage 2 winglets-- SLOWING DOWN?

All- have a 2017 z06, and trying to figure out if I should remove my stage 2 winglets due to roll racing. I have heard that stage 1, or just the small add one winglets are better for roll racing. I want to know does this truly change performance in a straight line roll race type situation 60-180mph? I am about to install my stock ones if so... Love the look but i don't track the car on road coarse.

They slow you down in terms of straight line speed.

My understanding is that they will in fact slow you down 60-180

i ran a 16 with tune only, and lost he was 8spd auto i was M7 with intake tune and pulley. I didn't lose at all when shifting, but seemed like after 140 he pulled me by a 1/2 car..

I have both the Stage 1 and Stage 2 winglets.

I'll Vbox the difference in 60-130MPH when I get the chance and probably make a thread about it.

Without a shadow of a doubt they will slow you down. At every half mile and mile event the stock stage 2 aero cars are 100% always slower than the stock stage 1 aero cars.
