PDR Cosworth toolbox
I recorded several track sessions recently and upon reply via the computer all is fine. However when I do a playback through Cosworth, I get a message 'No video'. It shows some of the date, i.e. fastest lap, but nothing else.
The SD card has both the MP4 and PNG files.
I have updated the software to version 3, but no change. Any ideas about what is going on?

Are you pushing "Stop Recording" at end of each session? I know from experience that if you simply turn off the car, the session can still be viewed as a video, but you cannot recall the data in Cosworth.

I did forget sometimes, but I had 9 track sessions over 3 days and did use the stop. I haven't tried viewing all sessions yet, thanks for the heads up.

I can't figure this out. In my 2015, I often use the PDR as a dash cam. I start recording and then ignore it, NEVER hitting 'Stop Recording', yet they always work.
At Spring Mountain we drove 2016s and if I didn't hit 'Stop Recording' it wouldn't work. The video would be corrupt or empty or missing (I forget).
First off, why different one year to the next? And why don't 2016s close the file when the key power is turned off? It's not rocket science. Seems like a weird bug to me.

Probably depends on how long you wait after turning off the car before you remove the card. Eventually the system will power down and I bet that closes the file. Remove while it's still open and it gets corrupted.
