Default Any word on the new software from GM for MSRC 15&16

Tadge mentioned that new software was going to be available at a cost to improve the various modes on 15 and 16 cars. Any word on when this is supposed to appear?

At the Bash Tadge told me it would be a few weeks and cost a few hundred dollars. So it should be soon.

My best guess is it will be the same calibration used on the 17 Z06 so it would be interesting to get feedback from someone who has also driven a 15 or 16.

Is this the 93/100 octane fuel map? If so, it's about 350 dollars, and I'll have mine installed in a few days hopefully.

actually this is something different. I had the high-octane tune installed for 375 at the dealer. This is new software for magnetic select ride control with further tweaks to make tour mode more comfortable and other changes and improvements

The '17 provides a more comfortable ride, especially in Tour mode. I had a '15 ZO6 A8 up until a couple of days ago, when I test drove a '17 ZO6. The ride over sharp ridges, manhole covers, and broken pavement is much more "muted." Where the '15 suspension "crashed" over these imperfections, the '17 seems to round off the edges. I tested on a route that I drive frequently, and the difference was immediately apparent.
I traded my '15 for the '17 that day -- Sterling Blue, 2LZ (Black), A8, Stage 1 aero.

The DSC controller has also received a lot of positive reviews on this forum. I would like to drive a DSC-equipped ZO6 and compare it to the '17.
