I would like to know how self driving cars are going to handle the jerk weaving in and out of traffic trying to bully the computer into moving out of the way.

My point here was this TECH aiding from a performance point of view, but, since you brought it up. Retaliating can get you killed! Wouldn't not reacting and letting the Police deal with that kind of work!$
