Front Splitter Replacement
Hi, today I scraped up and damaged the front splitter on my Z06. I have the Z07 package with carbon fiber exposed, and I'm having a hard time finding a replacement for it.
Everything that I found seems to be $1500+, and I was wondering if there was anything cheaper than that. On ebay, there are some buy it nows for like $400-$500, but it seems sketchy that they're so cheap. I'd definitely consider non-oem parts, I just want the exposed carbon look.
Some guidance on what exactly I should be looking for would be much appreciated.
Also, sorry if this is the wrong section, I'm new here.

It's an expensive part, sorry to hear about your troubles. I wouldn't trust EBay. Search the forum for CF aero parts, I think there are a handful of them. I got mine through Caravaggio, but I don't think you're going to find a savings

Take a look at C7Carbon splitters. They are fiberglass with a sheet of CF on the top, sealed in with clearcoat. Looks like the stock CF, but much cheaper. I went with their splitter with Stage 2 winglets for a very reasonable price. They run about a third of the price of the real CF splitters.

Is it actual carbon fiber or is it like fiberglass wrapped/painted with carbon fiber?
