Funny thing is, I had started to write a post/response on that thread, and did not quite finish when the wife dragged me out the door earlier. I just got back to finish my post, and when I hit the reply button, NO LUCK...
Anyway, here was my response....
Was this a stick or Auto, how long is each lap, what were the outside temps??
I've got a 17 stick with an expansion tank and an additional radiator with spal fans I put in for the aftercooler. I've done 20-25 minute sessions in the mid 80s with out issue, max oil 270s and max coolant mostly in the 220s once hit 230s...
I also run a overdrive pulley CAI Meth and a tune, and make 120 HP over stock...
For those that want to go all out for 30 minute HARD sessions at 85-90+ degrees, I get it, may need some help.
For me, I was prepared to do what I had to, but the mods I've done has suited my needs...

Bear, the threads were deleted by one of our Admins. Callaway had NOTHING to do with the closing of those threads whatsoever.
