2017 Z06 with Z07 package, so Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, less than 2 months old.
Whats the general recommendation on replacing all 4 tires? Probably won't be tracking the car this year, but "might". Would like to drive further into the colder weather, not snow of course. I live in Wisconsin.
Can flat be patched? If so, your probably good for street use. Michelin Super Sports ZP's are probably the best replacement for the full set since you are mostly doing street use and little track use.

Not sure if it can be patched, just got the flat about 2 hours ago, and not sure where the puncture is, and the dealership is closed for the holiday.
I have had many flat tires on my 2014 Stingray and 2015 Z06. Discount Tire fixes them free. They only ask that if you need a new tire you buy it from them. These tires pick up a lot of nails and debris. I bet I have had them patch ten tires for me.
Those tires can't be repaired. This is where the tire / wheel warranty is really nice. GM will even allow you to switch to the MPSS, which I did. Great performance tire with tread, check them out.
There is a lot of misinformation about repairing run flat tires. Both Michelin and Goodyear run flats that are delivered on Corvettes can be repaired. Dealers will repair the tires if the puncture is repairable. If the repair is done properly it will not affect the tire's speed rating.
It used to be that if you repaired a speed rated tire it lost its speed rating and it was recommended not to use it for high speed driving (high speed being far above typical highway speeds). There are some shops that refuse to repair Speed Rated tires no matter whether they are run flats or not. There are also some shops that refuse to repair run flats and make all sorts of excuses why they can't be repaired (probably because they want to sell you a tire Vs repair one or because their people don't know how to repair one correctly).
I had a nail in my rear passenger MPSS tire recently. I did not trust my local Chevy service dept, so, I went to my Discount Tire store. They dismounted, repaired the tire, and remounted without any problems, whatsoever. They were very courteous and professional.
Don't remove tire, repair it on car, no re-balancing, Cheap & Good.
I now have plugged one rear 'bald' runflat and one front (less than week old) runflat with an auto store plug kit that contains a round file for cleaning the hole, an insertion tool that has an open slot on the end and red or black sticky thread like plugs.
After the repair of the rear 'bald' runflat I did some burnouts on the tire and I ran that tire for another 2000 miles and at times over 130+ mph. I have not lost any air in either of the repaired tires.
Just pull out the nail, screw, etc. with pliers, insert the file for a few up and down strokes then load the insertion tool and install the plug approx. two thirds of the way in and then pull the insertion tool out quickly, i.e. JUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS.
I keep a small air pump & repair kit in the rear cubby hole. Remember to turn the tire and/or steering wheel so you can get to the area that needs to be repaired on the car; you can/could for ease of working on the tire also remove the tire too.

I was in same boat as you! I just got my 2016 Z07 and one tire got a nail in it. Personally I wouldn't risk patching a tire like the cup2's nor am I willing to risk my life on it at high speeds to save $400 on a tire... I used it as a time to replace all tires to Michelin Super Sports ZP's. I daily drive mine and don't track it. Those Cup2s are not usable in the rain/cold weather and even on the street it put me in many "OH SH$T" moments. The Super Sport ZP's are the ones. Thank me later! The grip/traction is insane and they are great in all conditions!
PS. Where are you located? If in Socal I have a hookup $1500 installed!!

I ended up getting 4 new tires from Tirerack, and having a local tire shop install them today, MICHELIN Pilot Super Sport. I figured when Winter comes, I'd have to take the tires off anyway, since it gets below 20 degrees in my garage up here in Wisconsin. So getting new tires now, increases my chances of selling these nearly new Cup 2 tires while they still have tread left.
