When coolant temp reaches the 250s start easing out of the throttle, when oil temp is in the 290s start easing out of the throttle. At those temps you won't be over heating but are approaching an over heat situation. Easing off the throttle should bring engine temps down unless you have a mechanical issue with the cooling system. Once you ease off the throttle start driving the car in higher gears to reduce the amount of friction caused by running the engine at higher revs than necessary to maintain speed and acceleration.

Those are great numbers that every track guy here would love to have. l. I max out at low 270's with oil and low 220's with coolant in 90's ambient temps. Now with many track days and 3 years with over 20k miles all is good. Mobile One has been tested to withstand high 200's with ease.
When do i need to stop driving? at what oil temp or coolant temp? (street driving, or at the track)
car have stock tune? if so, you'll know, Bill explained it in depth but these cars start letting you know in time with power reduction first.
If not, make sure they haven't desensitized the knock sensors, timing pull v temp, cat overtemp etc parameters too much or you could run into the overheat later than stock settings and be in a bind.
