Update. After the shop suggested that my right front shock is leaking bad and right rear is starting to leak as the reason for the behavior, they said needed to get new shocks. I decided to go and procure some LG drop spindles and used mag shocks.
Long story short, same behavior. Didn't fix my problem after spending over $4k on the spindles and shocks swap.
Now what? Could a stuck caliper be causing this?

An alignment with out knowing what the rear caster values are is liking throwing darts in the air. I watched the guys at my local shop do the alignment with provided caster tool and digital angle finder and as soon as he touched the camber or toe settings, the caster changed drastically. You would never guess it and get those measurements right without the tool.
