Did it on my 2017 Z06 by lowering with with stock bolts. Dealer did it for me. So easy and great results.

Lowered on Stock Bolts. I felt no ride change.

You did say, "What's the best way . . ."? So, LGM drop-spindles are the correct, best way!!!

The first question is do you have a z07 or regular z06, if you have a z07 lg spindles is the only way to go

Even if you only lower on stock bolts, make sure to get an alignment done.

I had a slight pull to the right after dropping my car on aftermarket bolts awhile back. A litte more pronounced when accelerating and when stopping steering wheel would settle about 2-3 degrees to the right on level ground. After further diagnosing, shop found front right shock leaking and rear right is beginning to leak. They determined this being the cause.

Had the choice of replacing shocks and going back to stock ride height, which is unacceptable, going with coil-overs to get as low as I want, or drop spindles to keep full shock travel.
Decided I didn't want the hassle of storing leaf springs and losing Mag ride features and going with drop spindles. Got some lightly used mag shocks from the man himself, Lou Gigliotti off his personal Z06 he sold me with only 1300 miles on them.

At the shop now. We'll see if this fixes things.

Bottom line... don't go as low as I did with aftermarket bolts or be ready to possibly buy new shocks in your near future.

Congratulations, Now you have some "data" like the type I was referring to! It's called "Data by Learned Experiential Proof"!!! It's not necessarily laid out in a book but I got mine from being told by those who came before me and then adding my own experiences to theirs.

It amazes me that we, as Moderators, have to remind grown men that name calling on Corvette Forum is NOT ALLOWED!

It's either that or you people do NOT read the rules before you start posting.

OP, you have your answers from the remaining posts. Warnings have been handed out-this thread is done.
