Less than stock. Removed 4 catalytic converters and heavy stock upper.
It was so light I didnt feel like a need put it on the scale. The runners are only 1 3/4 and 36” long. That’s not much longer than traditional LT headers. Beauty of this design is smaller collectors, even pulse doesn’t require larger collectors, so that also keeps the weight down a bit. I’m willing to bet it is around the same as 2” primaries off the shelf LT.
The whole point of 180 is to keep the primaries the same as the exhaust ports on the headers. With even firing pulse, there is no crowded exhaust pulses at the collectors so throttle respond is greatly improved. It seemed to rev so much quicker now.

Auto makers are more and more looking at what people are doing aftermarket and incorporating it into new cars. This is an amazing mod, sounds awesome. I would have checked this box when ordering my Z if it were an option. Hello GM, hear that???????
Really a great job, those headers are true gearhead jewelry, Bravo Zulu to the fabricator and to you for the idea and execution.

It’s okay though, it leaves enough ways for individuals like us to be unique. Plus keeping a ton people in business.
