hahahaha now that's funny. I think it sounds amazing. I went with the Borla X pipe and the mags and it is music to my ears. Can't wait for the spring to hear more of her.
You guys are nuts. I had this exhaust installed with a Corsa xpipe for 2 days before putting the stock back on. It was unbearable. Constant noise. Headaches if driven for more than 15min.

I don't use a plate frame. Definitely sounds like it's coming from the interior, as I can't hear it outside of the car.

Boy, the difference in sound just isn't picked up by the GoPro.
I would say it is nearly twice as loud as stock, but on the vids I took, you just can't tell.
I'll have to get some in-car footage with some rev-match downshifts...
With the Borla X and the MF exhaust, even sitting idle, you "feel" the rumble. Sounds SO much deeper in person.
These are both overnight cold starts, so I didn't get all rev-happy, just started and let it idle.

I feel like it’s coming from the plastic trim around the back window somewhere. I’ll try better to track it down
Try switching the center connecting bracket around perhaps? I spent a good amount of time on mine and got them lined up perfectly.

There is no top or bottom, you have to bend the brackets a little to get the pipes to line up.. I think that was the hardest part of the install.. most people screw up the tails not being flush. yours is spot on..

I wondered about trying to bend them...was afraid I'd snap a weld.
Thanks, I had seen the talk about them sticking out 1-2" and made sure that the joints were completely seated before tightening the clamps.

Got it on. Just ran out of time to do any vid in daylight.
It's not that much louder at WOT with my Borla X-pipe though. But idle and cruising volume is perfect now. Xpipe was ok. Now it's as i've always wanted with something noticeable and throaty even just cruising. Sounds so good. The raspiness is gone now.

This is exactly what I was hoping to hear... i find just the x pipe makes the car sound raspy.
I and a number of other members ordered our Magnaflows through Ebay. We saved just a ton of money, like $1,300.00 or more.
