Great news. I’m glad GM took the time to refine and improve ( hopefully) the mag ride in older C7’s and made it available for a relatively small amount (about the price of some Lloyds floor and trunk mats that are only cosmetic). Hey for the super thrifty types, look on the bright side. To get the improved ride and handling, you don’t have to upgrade to a new Vette. Think of all the money we **** away on useless junk for our beloved vettes. At least this upgrade should have some substantive improvement we can enjoy daily. Still not something for nothing, but not a bad deal.
I had my Z06 lowered by having the lowering bolts completely unscrewed. Anyone know if the new calibration would still work? Was the calibration tuned at the factory ride height?
I've heard differing opinions on the lowering bolts: some suggest that the bolts jack the car up unnecessarily high so the bottom doesn't get damaged on delivery to the dealership from the factory. Some dealers take the bolts off before sale, and others don't. Looks much better lower, but I wonder if my suspension settings really aren't optimal because of lowering.
I guess I'd like to take full advantage of the update, so I'd probably should have it as close to stock as I could. Thoughts?

I'm wondering the same. I've had these Eibach lowering bolts sitting here because I'm debating if I should install them on the Z06 w/ Z07 package. Stock height has way too much of a wheel gap and lowering it on the stock lowering bolts barely does anything for Z07 packaged cars.
Should I do the update and then install the lowering bolts, install bolts and then do the update, or just avoid the bolts?
I checked w/chevy dealer and part no. doesnt exist, and there is a charge,
not sure about this source.
Dealers won't see part number until the product is ready for delivery in December when GM said it would be available. Just because a dealer can't see a part number doesn't mean it doesn't exist in the GM system.
