Default 2300 TVS Heartbeat!

3-5-2018 EDITED post Started feeling better so about 930 I started tearing her down to install the 2300 all done by 1200 did a couple photo's and cleaned up.. Using the Instructions which are very good.

My Z06 has 28,900. miles. Under the lid had oil flim and some oil puddling

The new 2300 blower weighted 63.8# The 1740 removed 67# The Values are getting dirty and I am doing top end clean up and getting the MM conversation the amount of crap on the valves looks a little bad but don't think it affects the engine till many miles later.
Have get some photo's up!

BUT more worried about the under side of the 1740 the bottom of the intercoolers pretty nasty and look to be reduced air flow compared to a new one from crud. After seeing this (David's)
Mighty Mouse reroute fitting and just cut the blower off from the crankcase is what I'm doing. Then the other car is a apart as well so I'm getting 2. The Z06 needs this my 2017 has less than 3k time to put it on.

I'm doing something about this on both cars and after finding out the blower is less than 2 hours to pull while having a sandwitch! I think the car is seeing a 2300 as well.

Matt@tunetime has gone faster on his C7Z on pump gas. 2300 heartbeat is the way to go.

10k with headers cai tune installed. On stock tires it's 9.9 at 139. That's amazing on pump gas.

diy can do it for 7k. Or jist blower for less.

I glad you care! But why would what I'm doing it be of any importance to you.
I posted this thread for the many interested in the Heartbeat.

Since I am a Corvette lover and it may bother some. But That's what we do here on this forum we discuss the Z06 Corvette.

Not interested or important to you just feel free to move to another thread.

Why not wait and post when you actually have the Heartbeat installed?
Otherwise it just a waste of time.

Here is the Heartbeat in action not bad for fitting under the stock hood Stock look a real sleeper!
Pretty impressive over 800 hp! While reducing some weight!
No factory car is hanging!
The DEMON NEEDS TO HIDE WHEN THIS ROLLS UP!

Not 9.9 on stock tires. Let’s not get ignorant and carried away here.

The 2300 with supporting mods can do 800+whp. Full bolt on only with stock blower can yield 700whp without opening up engine.

Has anyone run this 2300 setup on the track ? Does it help eliminate heat soak and limp mode?
Thanks

Waiting for mine and then I'll put it on or get my tuner to install it along with the big bore fuel pump. Then a tune. The cost is reasonable and puts the Z06 in another league.

Correction 9.7 @139 on skinny and radial. So whatever you deem that to be worth. 2? .3? So 10.0?

Who are you to be calling ignorant and carried away. The tires are not the point! We have z06's with a lot less power doing 10.40's
The output was 738rwhp 780's rwtq on the dyno with A8.
It gives the clue this is massive output and 9's should pretty easy.
Tucson is 2400 ft . This car would 9 50's at fast sea level track. Who knows what tires the white car has on I don't think it has header's either. 9.9 139.

Can you say smash a ZR1. With 10k in mods! Oh that would be getting carried away!

Very sweet and fits under the hood!

Sure should less weight less material to heat soak and much better intercooler then and add a tank and new heat exchanger and yep
cooler and a lot faster.
