Anyone have the AFE exhaust with the carbon tips? I’m interested in buying it but don’t want to be the guinea pig on what it sounds like. I’ve looked for sound clips and can’t find any. It looks like a really nice exhaust. I’m looking for a exhaust that will “snap crackle pop” when letting off the throttle. I know the Capristo exhaust does it but do not want to spend almost $6000 on a exhaust.
Akrapovic really isn’t as aggressive as I’d like. I’ve heard sound clips and for the price, I personally don’t think it’s worth it. Josh, if you’d like to send me a quote, my zip is 53406. I’m really thinking on just straight piping it from the headers back haha

I put the full Akrapovic system on my 17 which deletes 2 of the cats, the sound is fantastic, I like the sound better than when I had headers and the slip on Akrapovic on my 16, just a better performance sound IMO

When you let off the throttle while slowing down with it in gear, does it backfire or pop? That’s what I’m after but not all aftermarket exhaust do that
